Therapist and client in a calm counselling session

What we offer

Services designed around you

A safe space to begin

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, our therapists provide a tailored approach that honours your unique experience. We work with individuals, couples, teens, and groups across the Greater Sudbury area.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with a trained therapist. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions, we'll work together to understand the root of your challenges and develop meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions are tailored to your goals and pace. We draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness to give you practical tools alongside deeper insight.

Couples Counselling

Relationships & connection

Couples Counselling

Relationships take work — and sometimes we need support to find our way back to each other. Couples counselling provides a warm, supportive environment where both partners are heard, and where honest, directive feedback is offered to create tangible, lasting improvements in relationship well-being.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or want to strengthen your connection, our therapists draw from Relational Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method to help couples develop deeper understanding, healthier communication, and the tools to navigate difficulty together.

Faith-Based Counselling

Christian counselling

Faith-Based Counselling

Faith-based counselling integrates Christian values and a spiritual perspective into the therapeutic process. For those whose faith is central to their identity, this approach offers a space where your beliefs are not only respected but woven into the work of healing and growth.

Offered exclusively by Sarah Belland, faith-based counselling draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside Christian principles to support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You don't have to set your faith aside to seek help — here, it is welcomed.

Clinical Supervision

For student therapists

Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for students of psychotherapy  who are working towards their hours and professional registration as well as seasoned professionals seeking support. Supervision provides a structured, supportive space to reflect on your clinical work, develop your therapeutic identity, and grow with confidence.

Offered by Sarah Belland and Carolynn Michlowski, supervision sessions draw on their combined experience across individual, relational, and trauma-informed practice. Whether you are completing a practicum, accumulating hours toward CRPO registration, or simply seeking ongoing professional support, we welcome you.

Group Sessions

Shared healing

Group Sessions

There is something uniquely powerful about healing in community. Group therapy brings together individuals facing similar challenges in a facilitated, supportive setting — reducing isolation and building connection.

Our group sessions are small, carefully curated, and led by experienced therapists. Topics vary by session and may include anxiety management, self-esteem, grief support, and more. Contact us to learn about upcoming groups.
